Leisure Parks Management
‘Theme Park’ is the generic term used to refer to a venue with a set of attractions, leisure, entertainment, education or culture spaces etc. and organized around and inspired by a single theme. The storyline or theme is a positioning element helping the centre stand out and lending added value. A theme park and an amusement park may have the same attractions and yet be positioned very differently as products. The more relevant the storyline, the more thematic the leisure centre and the more it will stand out.
We see theme parks as veritable laboratories in the world of entertainment, developing the entire range of the sector’s possible activities:
- Internally: specialized departments for marketing, events, sponsorship, finances, human resources, maintenance etc.
- Management Areas: customer service, parking, safety management, cleaning, gardening, rides, water attractions, 3D and 4D cinemas, shows, exhibition areas,
aquariums and zoos, catering, merchandising, games etc.
It is difficult to find an activity related to leisure not present in theme park management.
